They play a crucial role in providing strategic direction, leadership, and support to gateway managers, while also focusing on maintaining a safe work environment and delivering effective training programs. The Training Compliance Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure safety protocols are followed, regulatory requirements are met, and training initiatives are executed successfully.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Training and Development:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Assess the training needs of TDA gateways and employees through analysis, feedback, and observation.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources aligned with safety regulations and organizational objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct training sessions on safety procedures, emergency response, equipment operation, and other relevant topics.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to provide specialized training.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety Compliance:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines across locations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
