We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain our AWS and cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the DevOps Team Lead, you will implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure the stability and performance of our cloud platform in a regulated fintech environment.</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure &amp; Cloud Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation</li>\n<li><br>Maintain stability and performance of AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda etc)</li>\n<li><br>Support networking configurations including VPCs, security groups, and load balancers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CI/CD &amp; Automation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines</li>\n<li><br>Develop automation scripts (Bash, Python, Node.js, PowerShell) to streamline operations</li>\n<li><br>Work with container technologies (Docker, ECS, Portainer, Coolify etc)</li>\n<li><br>Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security, Compliance &amp; Reliability</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Support secrets management, IAM policies, and encryption standards</li>\n<li><br>Execute backup procedures and participate in disaster recovery drills</li>\n<li><br>Monitor infrastructure health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana etc</li>\n<li><br>Respond to alerts and participate in incident resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Database &amp; Systems Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Support RDS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) operations including backups and performance tuning</li>\n<li><br>Perform OS-level administration on Linux and Windows servers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Work with development teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows</li>\n<li><br>Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution</li>\n<li><br>Maintain documentation of infrastructure changes and runbooks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related areas with minimum 3+ years in DevOps roles</li>\n<li><br>AWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, ALB/NLB)</li>\n<li><br>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)</li>\n<li><br>Container tools (Docker, ECS, Portainer, Coolify etc)</li>\n<li><br>Source code management tools and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions)</li>\n<li><br>Scripting (Bash, Python, and/or Node.js)</li>\n<li><br>Linux and Windows Server administration</li>\n<li><br>RDS management</li>\n<li><br>Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li><br>Good English communication skills</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-Assisted Development: </span>Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is essential—this is a core part of how we build software at Fusang</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>AWS certifications</li>\n<li><br>Experience in Fintech, Blockchain, or Financial Services</li>\n</ul>",
