    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Fountain Tire Edson </strong>is searching for a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced <strong>Service Manager</strong> to manage the operations of the service department to drive productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Does Fountain Tire Offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive wages based on experience: $75,000 to $80,000 + Incentive Bonus</strong></li>\n <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits along with a competitive RRSP matching program to help you plan for a successful retirement</li>\n <li>Regular day shift schedules</li>\n <li>Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical services</li>\n <li>The opportunity for growth that includes the potential to enter our management training program and own your own Fountain Tire store!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>As a Service Manager, your duties will include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services </li>\n <li>Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities</li>\n <li>Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians</li>\n <li>Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up</li>\n <li>Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers</li>\n <li>Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work</li>\n <li>Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner</li>\n <li>Advising technicians of work that must be completed</li>\n <li>Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service</li>\n <li>Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our ideal candidate has/is:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>5+ years</strong> <strong>of automotive industry experience</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical and tire services in a commercial automotive environment</strong></li>\n <li>Dedication to providing exceptional customer service</li>\n <li>Proven leadership ability, with a strong focus on operations and business processes</li>\n <li>Commercial vehicle inspection program and out of province inspection certifications</li>\n <li>High level of integrity and accountability</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers</li>\n <li>Strong communication, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements</li>\n <li>Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Interested and qualified?
