    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Support &amp; Stabilization services are a part of the continuum of care provided by Stevens Treatment Programs. Family preservation services are provided with a person-centered, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach.</p><p>Stevens is seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our Clinical Department as a <strong>Support &amp; Stabilization Case Manager</strong>. This position is vital in promoting family stability and permanency by actively engaging youth and families, providing education, guidance, and support. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively in home and community-based settings.</p><p>The Support &amp; Stabilization Case Manager will be cross-trained to facilitate multiple Support &amp; Stabilization contracts, including Safe &amp; Stable Families, Preparation Support for Child Welfare, and Youth Support &ndash; Transition-Aged Youth. Additionally, the Case Manager will co-facilitate psychoeducational groups for caregivers. &nbsp;</p><p>In the absence of a full caseload, the Case Manager will serve in a direct care capacity for youth within Stevens congregate care programs, providing support to the Education, Health and Clinical Departments.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field; OR a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in child welfare, family support, or case management</li><li>Prior experience in case management, preferably working with families involved in child welfare systems</li><li>Excellence in engaging and building rapport with diverse families and individuals</li><li>Knowledge of community-based resources, crisis intervention, and home-based services</li><li>Experience facilitating support or psychoeducational groups preferred</li><li>Experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred</li><li>Lived experience relevant to the role is strongly valued and encouraged</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively with a diverse population</li><li>Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple cases effectively</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Cape Verdean Creole preferred</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the unique needs of families. Monday &ndash; Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 2 set days per week until 7:00 pm or later. Flexibility required for early mornings. Weekend availability a plus.
