margin-right: 0.5in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Provide enterprise-level technical oversight of geological models underpinning Mineral Resource estimates and mine planning, ensuring robust integration of structural controls, lithology, alteration, mineralization domains, and promoting best practices in 3D modeling and interpretation workflows.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-right: 0.5in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Drive integrated orebody understanding across the value chain by linking geology, metallurgy, mine planning, and exploration, advancing geometallurgical frameworks, and ensuring geological and metallurgical variability are incorporated into resource models, processing performance, and planning assumptions.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;
