You'll be a critical interface between the product team, client team, and our end users, so good communication and relationship management skills are important.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p>Your key responsibility will be helping our client team--answering their questions and investigating and either escalating or resolving their issues. Experience working with customers is a definite plus.
