No late nights, no weekends, and 11 paid holidays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Function:</span></p>\n<p><span>Responsible for complying with all State and Federal laws, rule and regulations to fill prescriptions, and operate daily activities. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking a highly capable, motivated, and team-oriented<br>Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. This role blends operational excellence with meaningful<br>clinical impact, offering an opportunity to practice at a high level while directly improving patient<br>outcomes. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering<br>high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>• Accurately dispense medications in compliance with all state and federal regulations<br>• Oversee daily pharmacy workflow to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality service<br>• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff<br>• Maintain proper inventory management, storage, and recordkeeping<br>• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirements<br>• Support and optimize 340B program operations and medication access<br>• Provide medication counseling and patient education to improve adherence and outcomes<br>• Identify and resolve medication-related problems (interactions, duplications, adherence gaps)<br>• Collaborate with providers and care teams on medication therapy decisions<br>• Support chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)<br>• Contribute to medication therapy management (MTM), transitions of care, and care coordination</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Required:</span><br>• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution<br>• Active pharmacist license (or eligibility) in Ohio<br>• Strong clinical knowledge and sound professional judgment<br>• Excellent communication and teamwork skills<br>• Ability to manage both operational and clinical responsibilities effectively<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></span><br>• Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar setting<br>• Experience with 340B programs<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span><br>• Think critically and approach problems with depth and curiosity<br>• Take ownership of both patient care and operational performance<br>• Work well in a collaborative, team-based environment<br>• Are adaptable and dynamic, with a willingness to adjust to change and meet the evolving needs of<br>our patient population<br>• Are motivated to serve and improve care for underserved communities<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">***Eligible to apply for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment.***</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">• </span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Competitive pay (based on experience)<br>• Paid holidays<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span><br>Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience and interest in this<br>role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are:</span></p>\n<p>Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is Northwest Ohio’s largest community health center system.
