This will be an on-site, in-office position located in Glynco, Georgia<span>.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">POSITION DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) program in support of Enterprise Health Unit Services (EHUS) across all FLETC locations.</li>\n<li>Serves as the central authority for quality assurance and performance management, the QCM ensures all services are delivered in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).</li>\n<li>Provides independent oversight of clinical and operational performance, identifies trends and deficiencies, and implements corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to acceptable quality levels (AQLs).</li>\n<li>Interfaces directly with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and ensures all reporting, inspections, and corrective actions are executed in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED BACKGROUND:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)</li>\n<li>Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or other licensed healthcare professional)</li>\n<li>Formal training or demonstrated knowledge in:\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare quality assurance and performance improvement</li>\n<li>Performance-based service contracts and federal acquisition environments</li>\n<li>Occupational health and clinical service delivery systems</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks including:\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare accreditation standards</li>\n<li>Medical credentialing and privileging processes</li>\n<li>Federal quality assurance methodologies (e.g., OFPP guidance, QASP structures)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">7–10 years of experience</span> in healthcare operations, quality assurance, or performance management</li>\n<li>At least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3–5 years in a quality control, quality assurance, or compliance leadership role</span></li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience:\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and implementing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control (QC) programs</span> in clinical or healthcare service environments</li>\n<li>Managing performance against <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">measurable service standards and metrics (e.g., PRS/AQL frameworks)</span></li>\n<li>Conducting audits, inspections, and performance evaluations across multi-site operations</li>\n<li>Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience working in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">federal contracts, DoD/DHS environments, or large institutional healthcare systems</span> is highly desirable</li>\n<li>Experience interfacing with Government oversight personnel (e.g., COR, CO) and supporting formal reporting and compliance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active and unrestricted clinical license (if applicable), such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required if clinically credentialed)</li>\n<li>Quality-related certifications highly desirable, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)</li>\n<li>Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)</li>\n<li>Lean Healthcare Certification</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality frameworks (e.g., Joint Commission standards) is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
