Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading a project team supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-TF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates not meeting all of the following requirements will not be considered for hire:</li>\n <li>Education:</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, technical, or business discipline and six years of experience <strong>OR</strong></li>\n <li>Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and 10 years of experience <strong>OR</strong></li>\n <li>High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and 12 years of experience</li>\n <li>Experience:</li>\n <li>At least three years of experience with production / fabrication processes and procedures associated with C5ISR platforms <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing specific C5ISR projects or groups of C5ISR projects and serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience identifying technical, staffing and tooling resources <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience reviewing and preparing work orders that include budgets, cost estimates, project execution plans, schedules, and inputs to status reports <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing daily operations and oversight of the standardization of SCRIF processes and procedures <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with air platforms and ground mobile systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing projects at NAWCAD WOLF</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Less than ten business days per calendar year</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
