Each server’s primary goal is to give every guest such a memorable experience that they’ll want to return again and again. This is achieved through A Good Egg Dining Group's mission, vision and values, including Extreme Hospitality and intentional service!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Inform guests of specials and menu changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Know all table numbers and seat positions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain clean service areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be 21 years of age or older.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have weekend availability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must have average to above average knowledge regarding beer, wine and spirits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Frequent use of hands and arms, and constitution to work in standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY.</span></li>\n</ul>",
