The Product Specialist supports the development and improvement of our software by helping<span> </span></span><span>execute<span> </span></span><span>product strategy</span><span>, improving usability, and assisting with successful product delivery. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This is a full-time role based in our head office in Brisbane CBD. The position is in-office; however, it allows for ad hoc work from home. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>RPM is the market leader in enterprise solutions<span> </span></span><span>for mine planning, operational execution,<span> </span></span><span>simulation,<span> </span></span><span>finance,<span> </span></span><span>and asset management</span><span>. This role will primarily work on RPM's advanced mine planning software</span><span><span> </span>(MinePlanner and XECUTE)</span><span>, which is used by mining professionals worldwide to design,<span> </span></span><span>reserve, schedule,<span> </span></span><span>evaluate, and optimise mining strategies. These products combine geological data, engineering logic, and powerful algorithms to help clients make informed decisions across diverse mining with issue investigation and resolution</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare product documentation, technical summaries, and internal resources to style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>About You</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Tertiary qualification in<span> </span></span><span>E</span><span>ngineering, IT, mathematics, or a related technical field. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>5+ years<span> </span></span><span>of<span> </span></span><span>experience<span> </span></span><span>working with</span><span><span> </span></span><span>mine planning or geological modelling software such as</span><span><span> </span>MinePlanner, XECUTE, </span><span><span> </span>Maptek Vulcan, Deswik, Datamine, or similar mining packages. </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>S</span><span>trong technical<span> </span></span><span>aptitude with the ability and curiosity to understand complex software behaviour. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to gather, interpret, and clearly communicate customer and business requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical
