We are dedicated to safety and strive for creating a fulfilling workplace through cultivating genuine, open, and engaging relationships with passionate colleagues.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking an experienced Ramp Agent to fill a vacancy within our Fixed Based Operation (FBO).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Description</p>\n<p>As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualification</p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Experience</p>\n<p>-Minimum of 2 years experience.</p>\n<p>-Strong customer service skills required.</p>\n<p>-High school diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p>-Posses a valid UAE driving license.</p>\n<p>-Ability to work under time constraint.</p>\n<p>-Ability to carefully follow policy and procedures.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Background</p>\n<p>Aviation background &amp; Experience is essential</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Languages</p>\n<p>Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>IT Skills</p>\n<p>Basic Skills – Microsoft Office</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Character Profile</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with little supervision</li>\n<li>Team Player</li>\n<li>Proactive approach to tasks</li>\n<li>Good Communication Skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.</li>\n<li>Perform aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.</li>\n<li>Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.</li>\n<li>Accident and incident reporting.</li>\n<li>Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.</li>\n<li>Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.</li>\n<li>Ensuring efficient, effective and hygienic methods of sanitary removal and sanitary services.</li>\n<li>Check, at the commencement of the shift, that all ground equipment used in the movement of aircraft is available and serviceable.</li>\n<li>Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.</li>\n<li>Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.</li>\n<li>Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.</li>\n<li>Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.</li>\n<li>Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.</li>\n</ul>",
