As a Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a growing team of professionals with the needed expertise to accomplish client goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 50+ offices across 15 States with much more growth on the horizon. We fully understand that every employee has different needs, so our unique business model allows for more flexible work arrangements than most firms can offer. Enjoy a professional and dynamic work environment while making work/life balance a priority.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Coach/Mentor staff to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their career</li><li>Manage office workflow and procedures</li><li>Lead client engagement and become relationship owner</li><li>Prepare and Review individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships), exempt &amp; fiduciary tax returns</li><li>Provide advisory services to clients related to tax, finance &amp; business practices</li><li>Work with Tax Director to develop and implement the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategies</li></ul><p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns</li><li>BA or higher degree in accounting</li><li>CPA / EA required</li><li>Prior team management experience a major plus</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing professional services firm</li><li>Ongoing informal and formal training and development</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>401(k) and medical benefits</li><li>Firm sponsored continuing education</li></ul>",
