    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">North Suffolk is looking for Relief Workers to join our team! &nbsp;As a Relief Worker you will be responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of individuals living in our Substance Use Disorder Residential Programs. These programs are considered to be a High Intensity Residential Service. The program provides behavior modification treatment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. We provide medication assisted treatment for those individuals who meet the criteria and residents are treated for mental health disorders. This is a 24 hour a day program with 24 hour per day staffing. &nbsp;Programs located in East Boston and Chelsea.</span><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The Relief Worker is a per diem position paying $22/hour.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ensure the health &amp; safety of the individuals at all times through a conscientious awareness of their activities &amp; assist as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist in implementing, teaching, and assisting individuals with IAP goals and objectives.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ensure proper administration and documentation of all medication.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist and approve weekly activity logs for each resident assigned.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist residents with benefits.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist and Support assigned residents on budgeting.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Participate in upkeep and maintenance of program.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Transport individuals in agency vehicle as needed.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Education: &nbsp;High School Diploma or GED required. &nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s in a related field preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience: Six months experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Skills: Mass Driver&rsquo;s License required.
