We value curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace change as part of how we work.</p><p style=\"margin-top: 9.95pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color: white; vertical-align: baseline;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong>:</p><p>Reporting to the U.S. Chief Operating Officer, the Business Project Manager, Product Development will lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new and enhanced insurance products. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from business case and policy drafting to IT implementation and state regulatory filings. This role requires a balance of rigorous project management methodology, deep risk management, and a strong understanding of insurance operations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Leads the end-to-end execution of new and enhanced product offerings.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Act as the vital bridge linking product strategy, underwriting, actuarial, IT, and legal/compliance teams to launch products with pace.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our development process to ensure we are optimizing precision and speed.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Establish workstreams and processes that effectively differentiate new product builds from smaller enhancement projects and “business as usual” product work. The base pay is just one component of Ascot’s total compensation package for employees.
