The APRN collaborates closely with supervising physicians and the clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties / Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist with performing venous and arterial procedures under the direction of a supervising physician.</li><li>Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical exams, and reviewing medical histories.</li><li>Identify short-term and long-range patient care needs and recommend appropriate clinical actions.</li><li>Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.</li><li>Perform histories, examinations, formulate differential diagnoses, and document findings.</li><li>Support timely patient outcomes and efficient resource utilization.</li><li>Comply with standards and regulations of licensure, regulatory, and accrediting agencies.</li><li>Monitor patient outcomes according to defined standards of patient care.</li><li>Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education, workshops, publications, and professional memberships.</li><li>Perform high-quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.</li><li>Interact professionally with colleagues, providers, patients, and external partners.</li><li>Work independently while communicating and coordinating with the clinical team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Skills / Abilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Ability to assist with venous, arterial, and endovascular procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage patient flow efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.</li><li>Knowledge of clinical regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and best practices for patient safety.</li><li>Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Education and Experience:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year of surgical experience required.</li><li>Endovascular experience preferred.</li><li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in applicable state.</li><li>National certification as an APRN through a recognized accrediting body.</li><li>Current state licensure including prescriptive authority (certificate to prescribe).</li><li>Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.</li></ul><p>*StrideCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
