The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative. The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)/ will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location. The start date will be on or after June 1, 2026 and cannot exceed 120 days. Opening available at the following branch location: The Dulles Airport (IAD)- 23430 Autopilot Dr, Dulles, VA 20166 This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $19.00 / hour based on a 40 hour work week. Schedules Available Thursday- Monday: 3:00pm-12:00am Tuesday- Saturday: 5:00am-2:00pm Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $39 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include: Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner Provide directions and general assistance Assist to assess condition of rental upon return Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service Must have a valid US drivers license Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security. Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation This is a seasonal position and you may work up to 180 working days during the defined season We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
