    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Utah State University Monticello is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Classroom Facilitators. In this role, you’ll support faculty, staff, students, and community members while ensuring a welcoming and effective learning environment. Facilitators work closely with Interactive Video Broadcast (IVB) and Zoom technology to support classroom instruction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This part-time position is based on the Monticello, Utah campus. Typical duties include greeting students and community members, assisting with classroom technology, and preparing learning spaces for daily use.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work schedules average 19–25 hours per week and may vary each semester. This role is an excellent opportunity for students, offering a flexible schedule that can adapt to academic commitments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate classroom equipment to support Zoom and in-person instruction.</li>\n <li>Assist with special events as needed.</li>\n <li>Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams and quizzes, and maintain a clean, quiet, and organized learning environment.</li>\n <li>Basic troubleshooting of Audio-Visual Systems, Televisions, Microphones, and Computers.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with statewide campuses and local staff using the Slack Messaging Platform and Outlook Email Systems.</li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison between students, instructors, and administrators.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Represent USU at community events as assigned.</li>\n <li>Assist in planning and executing engagement events at center.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience operating and troubleshooting Zoom Workspace and related classroom technology.</li>\n <li>Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn new technology skills.</li>\n <li>Strong reliability, integrity, and adherence to FERPA regulations.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through Zoom.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Documents</h2>\n<p>Along with the online application, please attach:</p>\n<p>1.
