An additional 1,500 persons receive referral and job placement assistance through an extensive network of employers and community organizations. Partnered with the City of Los Angeles Youth Source System and the American Job Center of California (AJCC) in three locations and is one of the largest AJCCs.&nbsp;<br>AYES&rsquo; Program Coordinator will assume primary responsibility for ensuring that program activities are in line with the stated objectives for the program&rsquo;s strategic plan and goals to include providing case management to participants, finding employment opportunities. &nbsp;</span><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Supervised daily operations, including direct services, administration, and record keeping.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Prepares monthly program reports and statistics.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide case management to assigned caseload.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must meet monthly performance goals</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide employment opportunities for participants to identify barriers and develop strategies to accomplish goals.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Represents program at various agency and community meetings.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Clarifies and implements policies for staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Reviews all individual Service Strategy for each client and provides them with career and vocational counseling designed to promote long-term employability.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Evaluates and monitors training site compliance with Employment and training agreement and applicable Federal, State and local government sponsor laws, regulations and requirements on a regular basis.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">One to three years of related experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience &nbsp; with workforce development preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience with developing vocational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must have excellent communication and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must possess a valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">This position works out of the Central Los Angeles office located at 3250 Wilshire Blvd. L.A., CA. 90010</span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Catholic Charities offers a wide range of employee benefits to support the total wellness of its employees.
