Other duties may be assigned.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepares customer delivery orders or loads customers in the yard as assigned using specified Pick tickets<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Loads delivery vehicles with pre-built customer orders.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Unloads incoming freight merchandise, verifies counts and puts stock away in pre-designated areas.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Properly identifies, tags, and stores incoming special-order merchandise.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Corrects and brings to the attention of the Yard Foreman any unsafe physical plant, yard, or storage condition.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs basic yard housekeeping duties such as leveling lumber units and picking up trash in the yard and related storage facility areas.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Unloads and returns customer returned merchandise to pre-designated storage area.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs daily preventative maintenance checks following company guidelines on forklift vehicles.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Follows safe vehicle and equipment operation and general yard practices.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assists in the delivery of customer orders as required.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Immediately reports all accidents, injuries and incidents of damage, to merchandise, buildings and equipment and customer property to the Operations Manager.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Knows and practices safe and proper lifting, carrying and material maneuvering practices.</span></span><br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
