Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager 3 to oversee our dining operations at St. Joseph Villa in Flourtown, Pennsylvania . St. Joe's Villa is Catholic senior living community with over 300 retired sisters and lay residents. The Food Service Manager will be hands-on, moving from front of house to back of house. Typical shift is 10:00am - 6:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. What You'll Do oversee 12 satellite kitchens and daily front of house operations for main dining room; scheduling of staff; ensure timeliness of meal delivery; manage one manager and approximately 12 hourly employees; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests; ensure Sodexo standards are met. What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
