St. Joe's Villa is Catholic senior living community with over 300 retired sisters and lay residents.  The Food Service Manager will be hands-on, moving from front of house to back of house. Typical shift is 10:00am - 6:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>oversee 12 satellite kitchens and daily front of house operations for main dining room;</li>\n <li>scheduling of staff;</li>\n <li>ensure timeliness of meal delivery;</li>\n <li>manage one manager and approximately 12 hourly employees;</li>\n <li>develop and maintain client and customer relationships;</li>\n <li>ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests;</li>\n <li>ensure Sodexo standards are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
