    "description": "<p><span>Center for Human Development Inc. is seeking a full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor</span> to provide direct clinical supervision of designated services in one or more health service areas.</span><span> </span><span>Works under the general supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health.  Supervises clinical staff, working towards LPC or LCSW licensure and provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to clinical staff.  </span><span>The Clinical Supervisor will work with the Admin Council to ensure the quality of clinical services delivered by CHD behavioral health staff.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">CHD WILL PAY UP TO $3500 IN RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND UP TO $2000 TOWARDS FIRST MONTH RENT! </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Come work and play in one of the most scenic valleys in the United States. CHD values work-life balance and offers flexible schedules and generous time-off. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Essential Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monitors licensure/certification requirements; supervises clinical practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Hold staff accountable for performance measures including, but not limited to, productivity, timely documentation of clinical services, compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory and funding authorities, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for client service delivery: develops and implements new service; comply with payer requirements; develops and implements service productivity policies and procedures; determines caseload and service coverage/schedules</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for quality initiative: coordinates utilization review and management; coordinates clinical chart audits; conducts service evaluation; implements service improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Acts as liaison to Administrative Council, provides clinical knowledge and expertise and proposes policy and practice. Provides community interface with other organizations/agencies regarding specific client cases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work independently and within a self- managed team environment.</span></li>\n<li>Must maintain punctual and regular work attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Other job duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The Requirements:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) required. Licensure as a LCSW preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2 years of licensure as a LCSW or LPC preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>At least two years’ experience in dual diagnosis treatment or substance use disorder.</span> </span></li>\n<li><span>CADCII or III, or must possess a CADCI and must receive a CADCIII within two years of hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to effectively problem solve. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to manage individuals and teams through coaching, mentoring, training, and delegation. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Effective oral and written communication. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">QMHP’s must be credentialed as a mental health investigator or willing to pursue credentialing.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and to attend required meeting and/or trainings. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370 and drug screening. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The Company:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">CHD is a nonprofit corporation that is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">recognized statewide as an innovator</span>.
