    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div>Moorings Park is looking for a Human Resources Generalist in our Home Health Agency. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the supported functions. This individual will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions and a passion for employee satisfaction. &nbsp;<br><br><p><span style=\"background-color: rgb(247, 218, 100);\">HR experience in a clinical or Home Health Setting is HIGHLY preferred!</span>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Contributions:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provides comprehensive HR services and support aligned with core values; understands and supports business priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist employees with questions related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.</li><li>Builds credible relationships with managers across multiple business units to streamline decision making and improve organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Provide guidance to supervisors on performance management, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Maintains positive employee relations through the consistent administration of company policies and practices.</li><li>Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, complaints, and workplace issues.</li><li>Provides strong problem-solving in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.</li><li>Conducts investigations and makes recommendations for disciplinary actions, documenting all relevant matters and maintaining employee records.</li><li>Effectively utilizes HR systems to ensure employee information is accurate and compliant.</li><li>Supports Talent Acquisition efforts by assisting with candidate screening, facilitating a smooth onboarding process and first day experience.</li><li>Conducts new hire orientations and coordinates stay interviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.).</li><li>Support compliance audits related to HR and healthcare accreditation.</li><li>Maintains a high level of focus around regulatory and compliance mandates, while providing confidentiality in all duties and responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or related business degree preferred</li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years progressive Human Resources experience required</li><li>HR experience in a Home Health or clinical setting is highly preferred</li><li>PHR/SPHR preferred</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required</li><li>During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Moorings Park &reg; Communities, a renowned Life Plan organization includes three unique campuses located in Naples, Florida.
