Description
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, supports data collection, analysis, and reporting activities for federal, state, and county-funded grants and evaluation plans. Coordinates activities with the Manager of Operations and manages both quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring data quality, and applying data findings to support effective strategies and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support evaluation and reporting requirements for federal, state, and county grants.
Prepare expense vouchers and coordinate the purchase and distribution of client incentives (e.g., gift cards).
Participate in internal and community quality improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
Facilitate monthly meetings to review goals, outcomes, and implementation progress.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance and outcomes.
Develop data summaries, visualizations, and presentations for meetings, community events, and reports.
Prepare reports, provide data updates to internal teams, funders, and stakeholders.
Interpret data findings to inform program improvements and decision-making.
Gather and prepare data for grant applications and quarterly and annual reports.
Collect and manage client-level data through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and follow-up activities.
Determine client eligibility, enroll participants in grant programs, and track progress across the continuum of care for intake, discharge, and follow-up.
Enter and maintain data in electronic health records (EHR), online portals, and databases (e.g., Access), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Extract, clean, validate, and maintain datasets; track services provided and document on required forms.
Monitor and report weekly and monthly admission and tracking data to internal leadership and external evaluators.
Collect and document client success stories for reporting, outreach, and grant purposes.
Train staff on data collection tools, systems, and best practices.
Represent the agency at external meetings, community initiatives, and grant-related functions.
Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Support the agency’s mission and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, coursework in social science research. Experience in data entry and report writing support. Experience with human services populations. Computer skills, including familiarity with major database programs. Ability to work with quantitative data. Oral and written communication skills. Stay current on all public/private grant outcome measurement requirements. Excellent personal and professional boundaries and problem-solving skills. Bilingual preferred: English- Spanish. Experience and understanding of cultural competencies for working with Latino adults. Clinical experience related to substance use and/or mental health preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work hours: Departmental business hours with the possibility of evenings and weekends as necessary.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to walk, stand, and go up and down stairs.
