font-size: 16px;'><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\" style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Provide appropriate mental health support and advocacy to program participants to promote optimum mental and emotional health, with an emphasis on prevention, including crisis intervention to support the needs of the participants</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Conduct assessments for Train and Earn participants to assess fit for the program and identify those in need of counseling services</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Meet with program participants consistently to discuss barriers to program completion and as part of the post-exit outcome.</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Make any relevant referrals and coordination to community resources and services, as appropriately necessary and provide follow-up</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Maintain accurate and timely data entry into both funder-mandated databases and the company&rsquo;s Salesforce database</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Attend team meetings, case conferences and supervisory sessions; including all funder meetings</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Required Licensure as an LMSW, LCSW or LMHC AND a minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in Mental Health Counseling; or the ability to obtain license within six months of hire</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>A minimum of two years&#39; social services experience</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Strong oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills are necessary</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif;
