    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Clean Harbors</strong>, in <strong>La Porte</strong>, <strong>TX</strong>, is looking for an energetic&nbsp;<strong>Facility Technician - General Laborer&nbsp;</strong>for our&nbsp;incineration&nbsp;plant location, who works well in a team and follows direction for the upkeep of grounds to include but not limited to mowing, weed eating, operating a forklift, general labor, special projects such as painting and repacking.</p><p><i><strong>This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
