Basic Qualifications & Experience Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of operation, long-term care experience preferred. Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. 1 – 3 years experience as an LPN/RN. 1 – 3 years in a supervisory capacity. 1 year of experience in educating and/or training adult learners. Expertise in PPS, MDS, OBRA and OSHA requirements preferred. Must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws and regulations for skilled nursing facility operation in the State of operation.  Administrative experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate competence in relevant technology. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must possess excellent customer service skills Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently. Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
