All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., \"Green Card Holder\"), Political Asylee, or Refugee.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>The Electrical Tester performs basic electrical testing and inspection of components, subassemblies, and products to ensure conformance with specifications.  This entry-level position builds foundational skills in reading electrical schematics, using test equipment, and understanding product performance requirements.  Work is performed under close supervision while following established procedures and safety standards.\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform basic electrical testing and inspection per established procedures.</li>\n <li>Learn and apply standard electrical terminology and testing concepts.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret simple blueprints, work instructions, and test specifications.</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain basic test instruments and equipment.</li>\n <li>Record test data accurately and communicate results to supervision or engineering.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, quality, and procedural requirements.</li>\n <li>Other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic understanding of electrical principles and component identification.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and accuracy in following test procedures.</li>\n <li>Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform essential functions with or without reason accommodation.
