This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining B2B and B2C MGA licenses of the group / liaising with MGA on regulatory matters / supporting new license applications</li>\n<li>Implementing and coordinating license maintenance in the group /coordinating relationship with regulator re license and reporting</li>\n<li><span>Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements across all licensed jurisdictions and coordination of license implementation with tech / product and finance teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures </span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes </span></li>\n<li><span>Review player accounts and transactions to identify potential risks or irregular activity </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and reporting </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation </span></li>\n<li><span>Support internal audits and regulatory inspections </span></li>\n<li><span>Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders </span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor regulatory updates and assist in assessing their impact on the business </span></li>\n<li><span>Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Payments, Customer Support, Risk) to ensure compliance alignment </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </span></li>\n<li><span>3-5 years’ experience on MGA licenses (B2B and B2C) / additional experience with other jurisdictions would be an asset</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Good understanding of compliance, AML, and KYC principles</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (“translating regulation” into product and tech requirements)</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality </span></li>\n<li>Knowledge of legal and contract database and management systems would be an asset</li>\n<li>Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset</li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of AML directives and responsible gaming practices </span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High level of integrity and ethical judgment </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational and time management skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Networking and social skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team </span></li>\n<li><span>Proactive mindset and willingness to learn </span></li>\n<li><span>Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive remuneration package</li>\n<li>Health insurance cover from the first day of work</li>\n<li>Wellness benefit (after probation)</li>\n<li>Optician/Spectacle and Blue Lens Benefit (after probation)</li>\n<li>Breakfast/lunch all week</li>\n<li>Monthly snacks allowance</li>\n<li>Training support</li>\n<li>Modern office facilities</li>\n<li>Dog-friendly workplace</li>\n<li>Exciting Company Events</li>\n<li>Monthly Beer Fridays</li>\n<li>Eur1,000 Refer a friend bonus</li>\n<li>Relocation package (if required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You should not apply if...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You want a normal 9-5 job.
