This role ensures that healthcare providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with insurance networks in a timely and compliant manner.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes using the Medallion platform</li>\n<li>Coordinate and process provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers)</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records within Medallion and internal systems</li>\n<li>Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve delays or discrepancies</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies</li>\n<li>Verify provider credentials including licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and work history</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit credentialing packets and enrollment applications</li>\n<li>Communicate with providers to obtain required documentation and updates</li>\n<li>Monitor expiration dates and initiate recredentialing cycles proactively</li>\n<li>Generate reports and maintain audit-ready documentation</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, compliance, and HR</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with the Medallion credentialing platform (strongly preferred)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of payer enrollment processes, CAQH, and healthcare regulations</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and follow-up skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification such as CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) or CPMSM</li>\n<li>Experience working in a healthcare organization, medical group, or managed care environment</li>\n<li>Experience with credentialing audits and compliance standards (e.g., NCQA, Joint Commission)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Medallion platform and credentialing tools</li>\n<li>Data entry and record management accuracy</li>\n<li>Problem-solving and issue resolution</li>\n<li>Time management and prioritization</li>\n<li>Customer service and provider relations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office-based</li>\n<li>Fast-paced healthcare administrative setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span><br>The Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment processes using the Medallion credentialing platform.
