Seeking a detail-oriented, dependable hands-on supervisor to join product development group. The lab supervisors’ responsibilities include monitoring, servicing, troubleshooting equipment, running tests, completing reports, updating, and improving existing systems, repairing or replacing faulty equipment as directed along with ensuring all safety procedures are being followed. This position is based out of our Titan facility in Houston, TX (20702 Hempstead Rd.)</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Setting up and operating electrical and controls test equipment, including power distribution systems, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and data acquisition hardware</li><li>Wiring, configuring, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems used in generator and power system testing</li><li>Executing test plans and procedures in collaboration with engineering teams</li><li>Collecting, recording, and organizing test data and results for engineering analysis</li><li>Diagnosing electrical, instrumentation, and controls issues encountered during testing</li><li>Assisting engineers with failure analysis and troubleshooting of test anomalies</li><li>Performing preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspection of test equipment</li><li>Repairing or replacing faulty electrical components, wiring, sensors, and control hardware</li><li>Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized testing environment</li><li>Working closely with engineers to test and validate generators, control systems, and monitoring equipment</li><li>Using manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot engine controls and power systems</li><li>Communicating test results, observations, and issues clearly with engineering teams</li><li>Following company safety policies and electrical safety practices</li></ul>",
