Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Directly support customers in St. Paul, across the United States, and globally</p></li><li><p>Train customers, distributors, and 3M employees how to successfully use our products</p></li><li><p>Expand training expertise to locations outside of 3M’s St. Paul headquarters, acting as a Master Trainer and conducting “train the trainer” workshops</p></li><li><p>Support the development of new products through input to 3M’s New Product Introduction process</p></li><li><p>Support the launch and sales of products with training SOPs, videos, and documentation</p></li><li><p>Leading training and product enablement for 3M’s customers in graphics and personal auto film products</p></li><li><p>Implementing SOPs globally to ensure consistent, high quality installation of those products, often backed by 3M warranty</p></li><li><p>Determining what improvements / changes are needed to remain the leader in the categories we serve</p></li><li><p>Supporting the development of new products, through input of key customer requirements into our New Product Introduction process</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work in mornings and evenings, as needed, to support 3M’s global Application Engineering team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED, or higher (completed and verified prior to start)</p></li><li><p>Five (5) years of hands-on installation experience with graphics and personal auto films including paint protection film, auto window film, color change film, and graphics films</p></li><li><p>Current, valid Driver’s License.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Five (5) years of training experience with graphics or personal auto films</p></li><li><p>Experience working outside the United States training with graphics or personal auto films</p></li><li><p>Experience creating and editing digital videos for use in training and social media</p></li><li><p>Competency using Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook</p></li><li><p>Experience working and communicating directly with customers</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location: </b></p><ul><li><p><b>This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.</b></p></li></ul><p><b>Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international</b></p><p><b>Relocation Assistance: May be authorized</b></p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being</b> </p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
