We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Designer to design electrical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of electrical distribution equipment, and strong project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position must conform to all corporate policies and procedures and uphold ethical standards. Employee will represent Lightserve and their department with the highest regard in both external and internal communications, ensuring a standard of excellence in all interactions.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with estimating team for proposal stage evaluations and prepare associated proposal drawings and scopes of work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain technical documentation associated with electrical projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
