    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Sodexo</strong> is seeking a<strong> Clinical Nutrition Manager </strong>to oversee our nutrition team at <strong>Oneida Health,</strong> a 60-bed hospital and 160 bed Nursing Home located in <strong>Oneida, NY.   </strong>This position will oversee a fulltime and part-time dietitian and 1 fulltime diet technician.  This is a Monday-Friday position, requiring no weekends or holidays!  Flexible schedule offered.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Health Benefits start on Day 1!</p>\n<p> 3 weeks’ vacation and three personal days!Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Learn more about Oneida Health</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>oversee the clinical team in providing nutritional care to the acute care, skilled nursing and rehab residents;</li>\n <li>meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;</li>\n <li>be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;</li>\n <li>represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or</li>\n <li>support the food service operation as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.</p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners</p>",
