This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.  This role will provide user support to Daon staff and workstations while helping to maintain IT infrastructure and services. Daon staff are located both locally and in remote locations. This role also involves shared responsibility for IT user support in other locations as required including Belgrade, Serbia and Canberra, Australia offices. Responsibilities include IT user support, onboarding/offboarding, managing our M365 platform and maintaining our on-premise servers. Onsite work required. The position reports to the IT &amp; Security Director who is based in our Fairfax, VA, USA location.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your contribution:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support to local and remote users covering Windows, MacOS and Linux</li>\n<li>Configure and support new hires through the on boarding process (as required) including ordering hardware and software</li>\n<li>Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Entra Active Directory and M365 Services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, One Drive, etc.)</li>\n<li>Patch and remediate application, infrastructure and operating system vulnerabilities</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing operational support, maintenance, and engineering with regards to Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA) and related technologies for a currently deployed Zscaler implementation.</li>\n<li>Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux-based systems, including debugging and solving system, service, and network-related issues</li>\n<li>Provide onsite management of IT infrastructure to include network devices, storage, VMware hosts, wireless, (Mac, Windows 11, Windows Server, and Linux)</li>\n<li>Experience building/managing and maintaining a mix of VMWare Virtual machine OS’s</li>\n<li>Contribute on projects and new business opportunities by sharing knowledge and technical support</li>\n<li>Automate processes, audits and reporting through PowerShell</li>\n<li>Liaise and coordinate with internal IT Support functions in other locations</li>\n<li>Update &amp; create support documentation and helpdesk knowledgebase</li>\n<li>Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">You bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting onsite/remote staff include Senior Management and technical staff</li>\n<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 year’s experience that demonstrates strong IT infrastructure and cloud skills (Linux, M365, networking,)</li>\n<li>Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with minimal oversight.</li>\n<li>PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, configure systems, and manage various aspects of the Windows environment preferred.</li>\n<li>Proven decision-making experience, ability to work without daily supervision and be autonomous</li>\n<li>Experience in implementation and supporting M365 (AAD, Exchange, Intune OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or similar is required;</li>\n<li>Prior IT support or internship experience is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You have: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>Support wide variety of user base and skill levels</li>\n<li>Be reliable, responsive, timely and courteous.</li>\n<li>Capable of working independently of direct supervision</li>\n<li>Work directly in person with staff</li>\n<li>Able to engage with users in a professional manner and present technical concepts plainly to semi-technical staff</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.</li>\n<li>Seeks out areas for improvement.</li>\n<li>The candidate must be a fast learner and have drive and self-motivation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join the brightest minds from around the globe as we build the future of digital identity!</span></span><br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Daon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
