font-size: 15px\">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated leadership in leveraging world class ERP, materials management tools to optimize capacity planning, material movement, shop floor management, and reporting required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
