This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across both outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. the Assistant Manager may also support other Food and Beverage venues as needed, based on business levels and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams. • Support food and beverage initiatives • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
