As a Salt Staff member, you will assist in the planning and execution of various aspects of college ministry </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63)\">including building strategy for the discipleship of students, event planning and execution, and development of student leaders. This position will also assist in training, equipping and sending members of Hill City Church into our community and world to share the Gospel. </span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2c3035\">Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Collaborate in the building, coordination, and execution of special events and equipping spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist in the building, coordination, and execution of midweek gatherings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Build and invest in the Salt Company leadership team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Meet with, evangelize to, and disciple new believers on campus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist Hill City Staff as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Training, organizational development, and processes required of all staff</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Previous experience in Salt Company or college ministry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Bachelor's degree or applicable experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Passion for sharing the Gospel with college students </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interest in going on a future Hill City church plant</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Physically able to participate in most activities college students take part in</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Highly collaborative and strong team-working skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Organized, self-driver who is able to take general direction and produce results</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">What to Expect in the Hiring Process:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">1.
