      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>One to three years of experience in project coordination, customer order management, operations support, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Experience using ERP software and project-tracking systems.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.</li>\n"
