These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Extrusion Operator </strong><strong>| </strong>Now Hiring<strong> | Temple, TX</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay rate starting at <strong>$21.02-22.44 per hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7:30am-4:00pm</li>\n <li>3:30pm-12:00pm - shift premium $1.00 per hour</li>\n <li>11:30pm-8:00am - shift premium $1.25 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Extrusion Operator consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization</li>\n <li>Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine</li>\n <li>Provide innovative solutions for production issues</li>\n <li>Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel</li>\n <li>Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities</li>\n <li>Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects</li>\n <li>Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a Setup Operator or Extrusion Machine Operator</li>\n <li>Ability to show up for work prior to shift and be prepared to get the day going on time</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience working with Extrusion Machines</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, detailed record keeping per the prescribed frequency</li>\n <li>Analytical and math skills</li>\n <li>Ability to perform quality checks and have an understanding of production measurement tools</li>\n <li>Knowledge of product quality standards </li>\n <li>Comfortable wearing PPE such as hairnets, beard-nets, steel toed shoes/boots, ear protection and bump-caps when required</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
