POSITION SUMMARY
As an Outside Sales Representative of Georgia Building Supply, you will be responsible for helping grow rental/sales in a southeast territory. This individual will focus on key accounts while building long-term relationships to increase market share. This position will require travel within the defined territory.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and deliver cost effective and mutually beneficial rental solutions
• Prospect and establish new rental accounts
• Deliver a positive culture for outstanding service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain long term business relationships
• Work closely with GBS team members and other CDCC departments
• Participating in community and industry involvement
• Work with vendor representatives to maximize incentives for increased market share

WORKING CONDITIONS
• The majority of work completed on job sites is in an office trailer or in an existing structure. Due to daily condition changes on construction projects, when employees are outside of the office trailer or structure, they must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the company's safety policies and as required for weather conditions.
• The project team and/or team member may need to move to other geographic locations for projected work, if necessary.
• The majority of work is in an office setting, with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
• This is an outside sales position requiring daily local and extended travel to meet with customers and prospects at their place of business or jobsite
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in equipment related industries or construction
• Proficient computer skills- MS Office
• Minimum (3) years of experience in an equipment business sales setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
