Founding Full Stack Engineer (+ Equity) at NELP Company Description: NELP - Fast-growing nursing excellence platform Job Description: Join NELP as a founding engineer to build the system of record for nursing excellence. You will own the technical stack, designing complex multi-hospital data models and AI-driven workflows that replace legacy spreadsheets. Your work directly improves nurse retention and patient safety across major health systems, turning real-time feedback into production features. Fast-paced vertical SaaS environment where you sit in on customer calls and see your code impact frontline healthcare workers within days. What you will do: Architect and ship production features across four integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Build sophisticated AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and automated document retrieval for ANCC designations. Implement critical enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, role-based access controls, and complex HRIS integrations for multi-unit hospital structures. The ideal candidate: Strong professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js in high-scale, production-grade SaaS environments. Proven ability to design backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications and handle complex data modeling.
