This team develops innovative solutions to enable our Production Department to grow in an exciting and competitive, worldwide market.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing</span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to a Production Engineering team in a fast paced, competitive, growing electronic manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Provide mechanical design and fabrication expertise when participating in Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, and automation projects.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Production Teams to identify, design, and fabricate mechanical jigs &amp; fixtures, to facilitate the manufacturing of our various products.</li>\n<li>Design, fabricate and assemble fixtures, jigs, and custom assemblies.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain new and existing CAD drawing packages to company and industry standards.</li>\n<li>Program, operate, and maintain CNC Milling equipment.</li>\n<li>Perform Manual Lathe and Milling Operations.</li>\n<li>Maintain onsite Machine Shop and related equipment.</li>\n<li>Following company information security policies is a required part of this role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Machining skills using traditional and CNC equipment.</li>\n<li>Ability to program CNC equipment</li>\n<li>Effective communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and constraints.</li>\n<li>3D CAD skills</li>\n<li>Mechanical design skills using CAD Software for designing Production fixtures, jigs, and automation equipment for use in an Electronic Manufacturing Production environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical certification as a Machinist, Post-Secondary training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, or equivalent.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of CNC Programming experience.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience operating CNC equipment.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience operating manual machinery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Mastercam CAD/CAM Software</li>\n<li>Experience with Haas CNC Equipment</li>\n<li>Experience with SolidWorks CAD Software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p><span>Our full-time employees enjoy a range of benefits that support work-life balance, health, and long-term success.
