      "content": "\n<li>Measures effectiveness in time management; initiative and independent action within prescribed limits.</li>\n<li>Establishing min/max levels for necessary parts needed to ensure availability.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in understanding and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other heavy equipment components.</li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately to determine the best course of action for repairs.</li>\n<li>Capability to lift heavy parts and equipment and work in physically demanding environments.</li>\n<li>Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards to avoid equipment failure.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members, forestry leadership, and equipment operators.</li>\n"
