    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Warehouse Associate executes GDP/cGMP material handling activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flow of raw materials, components, intermediates, and finished goods. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, inventory control, kitting/issuance to production, sampling support, and shipping, including cold chain, while maintaining accurate ERP/WMS transactions and audit-ready documentation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h4><strong>Safety, quality & Compliance</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all EHS, OSHA, DOT, IATA (as applicable), cGMP, and GDP requirements; wear required PPE and maintain 5S standards.</li>\n <li>Adhere to gowning/entry procedures for controlled areas; safeguard data integrity (ALCOA+).</li>\n <li>Execute and document work per SOPs, work instructions, and batch/receipt records; escalate deviations or atypical events.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Receiving </strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Verify deliveries against POs/COAs; inspect packaging/labels, record temperature data, and stage to Quarantine.</li>\n <li>Perform ERP/WMS receipts, generate labels/status tags, and complete put-away to designated temperature-controlled locations.</li>\n <li>Stage materials for QC sampling; maintain the chain of custody and the cleanliness of sampling rooms/booths.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with QA for status updates and move released/rejected products according to procedures.</li>\n <li>Pick materials FEFO/expiry-controlled; perform line clearances and kit components for Manufacturing/Packaging.</li>\n <li>Deliver materials to cleanrooms/docks while maintaining segregation of statuses and accurate transactions.</li>\n <li>Pack, label, and prepare GDP-compliant shipments (parcel/LTL/FTL/courier; ambient and cold-chain).</li>\n <li>Use dataloggers/indicators and complete documentation (BOL, commercial invoice, SDS, temp logs) as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>Continuous Improvement & Teamwork</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet daily KPI targets (accuracy, dock-to-stock, OTIF); identify waste and suggest improvements (5S/lean).</li>\n <li>Participate in deviation investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, MSAT/Engineering, Planning/Procurement, and EHS.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equipment Operation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate Pallet jacks, Forklifts, Turret trucks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided)</li>\n <li>Perform routine equipment checks and report issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Support calibration and preventative maintenance scheduling</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required; associate/technical coursework a plus.</li>\n <li>1–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience; pharma/biotech, medical device, food, or other regulated industry preferred. (GMP)</li>\n <li>Experience with cold-chain materials and scanners/barcoding preferred.<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized; strong communication and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP and basic documentation practices.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft) and handheld scanners; basic Excel/data entry.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with FEFO, lot/serial control, and temperature-controlled storage.</li>\n <li>DOT/IATA awareness and hazmat packaging/labeling basics.</li>\n <li>Inventory & Picking Accuracy ≥ 99%</li>\n <li>Dock-to-Stock Time (Released materials)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical </strong><strong>& Work Environment</strong> <strong>Requirements:          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stand/walk for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts); lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Work in controlled environments; wear PPE (gowning, gloves, safety glasses, face coverings, hearing protection as applicable).</li>\n <li>Exposure to chemicals, sanitizers/disinfectants, and routine noise levels within regulated limits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
