    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Opportunity:  House Person</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Clean and maintain public hotel areas according to established brand/ hotel guest service and sustainability standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Growth Path</strong>   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Housekeeping Supervisor/Guest Service Agent – Executive Housekeeper or Front Office Manager</p>\n<p><strong>Your Focus</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.</li>\n <li>Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly. </li>\n <li>Collect trash from the service landings and dispose of in outside trash dumpsters.</li>\n <li>Vacuum and dust guest corridors.</li>\n <li>Pick up bed and other linen from hotel floors and transport to the laundry collection site.</li>\n <li>Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.</li>\n <li>Report maintenance issues.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.</li>\n <li>Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.</li>\n <li>Work as a room attendant when staffing shortages occur or during peak periods.</li>\n <li>Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. <strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Ensure overall guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Background and Skill</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Context</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.</li>\n <li>Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending and kneeling to reach all areas.</li>\n <li>Usage of cleaning chemicals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Believe</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>People Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It</p>\n<h2>About Us </h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Sanctuary Beach Resort is an oceanfront Monterey Bay resort and hotel set on 19 acres of Pacific shoreline in Marina, California.
