    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong>POSITION PURPOSE:&nbsp;</strong><br>Supervise and assist in delivering quality environmental services during an assigned eight (8) hour shift.<br><br><br><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br><br><strong><ins>Education/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</ins></strong><br>High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Two years experience in custodial work, with supervisory knowledge.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><ins>Licensure / Certification:</ins></strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Must have a valid Florida Drivers License. Maintain current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><ins>Skills / Ability:</ins></strong><br>Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in custodial work. Physical agility required to performing assigned tasks.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><ins>Hours:</ins></strong><br>40 hours per week (Day &amp; Night as needed)<br><br><strong>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (THIS IS A EXEMPT POSITION)</strong><br><br>Plans, organizes and supervises the work of subordinates in a manner conductive to full performance.<br><br>Supervise the productivity of all Environmental staff.<br><br>Ensures that all equipment is clean and in good repair.<br><br>Provides all supplies and equipment needed for employees to accomplish required work.<br><br>Performs periodic spot checks to ensure vents, high ledges, ceiling, light fixtures and high ledges are being properly clean.<br><br>Coordination of all inventory management, storage management, and housekeeping.<br><br>Implement training of environmental workers in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s Policies and Procedures.<br><br><br>Evaluation of supply and maintenance practices employed at the user level.<br><br>Maintains continuous liaison with all affected programs and activities.<br><br>Performs duties of an Environmental Worker as assigned by supervisor.<br><br>Responsibly follows the Health Center Exposure Control Plans / Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.<br><br>Demonstrates knowledge of techniques, procedures, and correct use of protective barrier equipment.<br><br>Completes work assignments on a time/readily accepts assignments, as observed by the supervisor.<br><br>Adheres to Confidentiality Policies and Procedures / HIPAA Regulations.<br><br>Reports to work on time and ready to work with minimal absenteeism.<br><br>Performs other duties as assigned.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
