    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Custom Truck One Source has openings for Installation Upfit Technician with background in aerial, construction equipment, and heavy &amp; light duty trucks. They will be responsible up-fitting, repairing and customizing vehicles to customer specifications. He/she must be willing to learn and having a strong attendance record. You will work hands-on with chassis, bodies, and equipment such as buckets, dump trucks, water trucks, and related components while following CTOS quality and safety standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create a safe working environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Building and Customizing aerial, heavy &amp; light duty vehicles with a variety of parts to customer specs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wiring electrical components to an assortment of vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plumbing Hydraulics on an assortment of vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reading and understanding repair orders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Properly allocating time spent on repair orders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produce a product that are up to Custom Truck&rsquo;s quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure a timely turnaround of vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate over head and Jib cranes as well as forklifts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate between several departments.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous related experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical aptitude</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Welding experience highly preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or the equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have your own tools</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Extremely detail oriented and accurate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be self-sufficient and driven</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meeting deadlines and schedules</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attendance record</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General mechanical aptitude and experience with parts required.
