          "text": "<p><span>Our client, a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer, is seeking to hire a Senior Solubilization Scientist who will work in the specialty ingredients group. This group has been working on spray dried and melt extruded solid dispersions and associated products for over a decade and has extensive experience in process technology and formulation development.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Providing deep technical expertise regarding the development of pharmaceutical products through hot melt extrusion (HME) and spray drying.</span></li><li><span>Designing, initiating and executing studies, and interpreting the study results</span></li><li><span>Assimilating and analyzing data into reports, posters, and journal articles.</span></li><li><span>Presenting study results to internal and external audience</span></li><li><span>Managing multiple projects, estimating timeline and resources, and coordinating efforts to meet timeline</span></li><li><span>Training the technical and sales team in formulation development with emphasis in solid dispersions.</span></li><li><span>Working closely with other R&amp;D sites and technical support teams to solve challenging technical problems for customers.</span></li><li><span>Conducting necessary literature search</span></li><li><span>Maintaining lab notebooks and logbooks in accordance with company guidelines</span></li><li><span>Comply with company procedural guidelines, laboratory procedures, and safety programs.</span></li></ul>",
