As a core member of the kitchen staff, the Member Assistant will have many important responsibilities including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting in meal preparation and service</li>\n <li>Setting tables, setting up and serving trays, and pouring beverages</li>\n <li>Assisting during meal times, as needed, and visiting members in dining areas</li>\n <li>Cleaning up dining, dietary and day rooms before and after meal services</li>\n <li>Ensuring safe, responsible use of food preparation and service equipment, plus storage after use</li>\n <li>Sanitizing work spaces following meal preparation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements of the Kitchen Assistant</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Must have one year's experience working specifically in a healthcare facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
